Deposits
We suggest you book your Tibet tour at least 45 days before your arrival date, especially for the peak season of August and September.
If the booking is made 45 days prior to your arrival in Lhasa, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost plus transportation fares (flight, train
tickets if you arrange transportation with us) is required to secure your reservation when you confirm your trip with us.
If the booking is made within 45 days, but 15 days prior
to your arrival in Lhasa, a deposit of 50% of the total tour
cost plus transportation fares (flight, train tickets if you
arrange transportation with us) is required to secure your reservation when you confirm your trip with us.
If the booking is made within 15 days prior to your arrival in Lhasa, you are required to pay in full.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel your
tour more than 30 days prior to the start of your tour, a 100USD cancellation fee will
be charged. If you cancel your tour within 30 days but more than
10 days before the start of your tour,
a 100USD cancellation fee or 10% of your tour cost,
whichever is greater, will be charged in addition to the
already occurred non-refundable trip cost such as permit
application fee, non-refundable air/train tickets, etc. If
you cancel your tour within 7 days of the start of your
tour, 30% of the cost of your tour will be charged.
** The effective date of cancellation is the date when the
notice is received
by us via email or fax.
Refunds
Any unused portion of your deposit less any cancellation
fees will be refunded to you within 2 weeks after we receive
the cancellation notice.
Medical Issues
You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any
medical condition which may cause you to be not fit for the
trip. We reserve the right to decline service to those whose
physical condition, in our opinion, may
not be suitable for the trip.
