Access Tibet was established in the heart of Tibet by a group of tour specialists with 10 to 20 years of experience and it operates as a joint-venture between its Tibetan founders and American partners. In the capital Lhasa, we have our own trusted team of highly qualified professionals, who will ensure that everything runs smoothly on your trip. In the United States, our travel advisors serve as your portal to Tibet. They are well-versed in Tibetan culture and Tibetan tourism knowledge, have traveled extensively in Tibet and of course, are fluent in English. They will help you with everything you need before arriving in Tibet including, but not limited to, designing the itinerary to best suit your interest, your schedule and your budget; answer any questions you may have about Tibet; help you get your visa and Tibet Travel Permit in a timely manner; give you first hand, personal experience of traveling in Tibet.

Unlike some of the bigger companies in Tibet we are not simply interested in running high-volume tours through set itineraries.
